140 ultramarathons in a single year: the hernia patient who refused to sit still
Edward Molineaux, 36, from Willenhall in the West Midlands, took up jogging while recovering from hernia surgery. He has now set a world record by running 140 ultramarathons in 364 days — 5,986.1 miles in all, including ten 100-mile efforts, sometimes straight after a work shift. His message is simple: there are no limits, and nobody has to conform.
The upbeat factora comeback story measured in thousands of miles.
