25 medics, one week, and villages medicine forgot

A team of 25 doctors, nurses and volunteers carried the Amtena Foundation's 56th mission into the Salta Chaco, reaching Wichí, Chorote, Chulupí and Quechua communities along the Pilcomayo River. When drizzle cut the roads, a small team carried on with an Army Unimog so no village was skipped. For a week, children in one of Argentina's most vulnerable regions got the kind of care that rarely comes to them.
