70 interviews, 56 hours, one conversation about men's mental health
Ollie Tiramuragan Collard of Bristol just set a world record: 70 interviews in 56 hours and 44 minutes, talking founders through burnout, anxiety and loneliness. Every interview began with Talk Club's simple question — 'How are you? Out of 10?' Collard joined a Talk Club therapy group himself this year after the isolation of running his own business. 'I walked into a room full of blokes I'd never met, nervous as anything, and talked about things I'd never said out loud,' he said. 'It was the most liberating thing I'd done in years.'
The upbeat factorThe record that matters is how many men felt heard.
