A Cork farmer just won Europe's top organic award — with zero calf losses

Kay O'Sullivan runs a 63-hectare organic cattle and sheep farm in Mourneabbey, and her numbers are remarkable: every heifer calving at 24 months, zero calf mortality, heavier carcasses at younger ages. Named Best Organic Farmer (Female) at the EU Organic Awards, she's showing that organic and highly productive can go hand in hand.
