Colombia's instant-payment system just beat Brazil's famous Pix at its own game
One year after launch, Colombia's Bre-B has done what nobody expected: 83% of the country's adults now use it — faster adoption than Brazil's Pix managed in its own first year, and a record for Latin America. Thirty-six million people move money more than 8 million times a day through it, nearly $80 billion so far.
