Mali backs 3,500 young people into training and jobs

Mali's government committed 2.5 billion CFA francs ($4.4 million) to train 3,500 young people in 2026, fund internships for 1,750 of them, and train 300 instructors across 10 new curricula. The program, backed with EU support, targets the regions of Kayes, Koulikoro and Sikasso.
