After a three-day leadership exchange in Addis Ababa, Nigeria's 36 governors came home with one message: hunger is a shared emergency, and it gets a shared plan. Governor Dauda Lawal announced a unified 'One Goal, One Plan and One Budget' push backed by a new National Nutrition Intervention Fund, designed to carry meals and nutrition programs to every one of the country's 774 local government areas.
