Saudi Arabia's renewable energy pipeline has reached 63.8 gigawatts across 53 projects, according to KAPSARC's renewables tracker — with 19.3 gigawatts already operating, more than a 63-fold increase since 2020. The build-out feeds a 100–130 gigawatt target for 2030. Across the Middle East, a record $22 billion of renewable investment flowed in 2025, with 16 gigawatts of solar and wind installed and 18 more gigawatts of solar expected this year.
