Ten years, 600 care managers, one promise: India's elders can age safely in their own homes

Samarth Elder Care is marking ten years of helping older Indians live independently at home, while their children — often in other cities or countries — get peace of mind. Its 600 care managers now support thousands of elders, with families spread across 33 countries. Anniversary gatherings in 15 cities this October share two rituals: each elder plants a seed to take home, and each care manager writes a pledge on a brick for a Wall of Trust being built at the Gurugram headquarters.

The upbeat factorageing at home, with dignity — backed by a wall built from hundreds of individual promises.
