The measles test made in Africa, for Africa

For the first time, there's a rapid test for measles — and it's made in Senegal, at the Institut Pasteur de Dakar. The test passed a tough World Health Organization review, and up to 500,000 kits a year will start rolling out in Senegal, so outbreaks can be spotted in hours instead of weeks.
