Two hundred witches took over a New Jersey lake — for a very good cause

The seventh annual Witches of Spring Lake paddle saw some 200 costumed paddlers take to the water on October 10, raising money for the Blue Dot Community — a Jersey Shore wellness initiative connecting people with and without disabilities. Brooms optional, wetsuits encouraged, joy mandatory. Proof that charity fundraisers are better with pointy hats.
