135 children of tea stall owners scored top marks — and won two years of support to keep going

Their parents run the small tea stalls that fuel Bangladesh's mornings — and this week in Dhaka, 135 of their children were honoured for scoring a perfect GPA-5 in their SSC school-leaving exams. At the ceremony at the Krishibid Institution auditorium, the students received scholarships and gifts, and the No. 1 brand of Meghna Group of Industries pledged two years of educational support for their higher secondary studies, including online courses through 10 Minute School. Writer Anisul Hoque told them: good results alone are not enough — dream big, work hard, and never let your family's circumstances set the size of your dreams.
