Fairy tales, songs and webtoons: Korea's youngest creators take their AI work to a national final

At the Kakao AI Campus, young children and elementary students presented fairy tales, children's songs and webtoons they had created with AI tools in the finals of South Korea's first-ever AI Creation Contest, run by the Ministry of Science and ICT. The contest is a flagship of the new National AI Competition, built to nurture young creators rather than just young coders. Second Vice Minister Ryu Je-myeong said the finals confirmed the next generation's interest and potential — and promised continued support for them to keep creating.

The upbeat factorchildren not just using technology, but premiering their own stories, songs and comics with it.
