Three years on, every patient on this personalised cancer vaccine is still responding

In Copenhagen, a small trial keeps delivering remarkable news. Evaxion's personalised cancer vaccine EVX-01 — designed by AI to target each patient's own tumour markers — produced immune responses in every treated patient, with 89% of its chosen targets triggering a tumour-specific response. At the three-year follow-up, all patients had maintained their clinical responses with no tumour progression on the vaccine alone. 'Another confirmation that AI-Immunology identifies the most therapeutically relevant vaccine targets,' said chief scientific officer Birgitte Rønø.

The upbeat factora vaccine designed for one person's cancer, still holding the line three years later.
