A humanoid robot that learns a factory job from just 10 demonstrations — France's Bleu Robotics lands €5 million (about $5.9 million)

Paris-based Bleu Robotics has raised €5 million (about $5.9 million) in early funding for software that teaches humanoid robots new factory tasks from as few as 10 human demonstrations — no code, taught right at the workstation. The company says its first deployments are already running with automotive manufacturers and a European hygiene-paper producer, and it aims to cut the time to put a robot to work on a new task to under an hour, retraining it as production changes.

The upbeat factorshowing beats programming — a robot you can teach the way you'd teach a new colleague.
